Do you want to work out but have trouble staying motivated? Come try this fast paced class that focuses on improving strength, agility, and quickness while providing a fun and supportive atmosphere!

Functional Fitness:

This is a low impact, group fitness class designed to make daily activities easier improving cardiovascular fitness, strength, core stability, and balance! 

  • Tuesday: 10:00 am

  • Friday: 10:00 am​
