  • Friday: 8:30am (Advanced)

Functional Fitness:

This is a low impact, group fitness class designed to make daily activities easier improving cardiovascular fitness, strength, core stability, and balance! 

  • Tuesday: 10:00 am

  • Friday: 10:00 am
