DO I NEED A DOCTORS REFERRAL?
WHAT DOES A TYPICAL VISIT LOOK LIKE?
The answer to this is, it depends! Iowa is one of 20 states that allow patients total, unrestricted access to a physical therapist. However, some insurance companies require a physician referral. It is best to give us a call and we can help you determine the best plan of action.
Sessions at Endurance PT are tailored to fit each patient’s individual needs. You will have an entire session, one-on-one, with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Initial visits will be focused on determining the origin of your problem, defining a plan to address the issue(s), and then immediately starting treatments.

Endurance Physical Therapy is located at 2201 Commerce Drive Suite 3 in Grundy Center. We are right next to Chad's Pizza!
It is important that you come ready to move. Comfortable, loose fitting clothing is recommended, as well as shoes or other equipment that may be pertinent to your daily activities. You are also encouraged to bring a bottle of water and a towel.
