         Dana Schmidt, PT, DPT

  Dana is an endurance athlete who loves to work with people of all types and abilities.  He is a 3-time Iowa High School Track and Field State Champion and a 6-time NAIA Cross Country and Track and field All-American.

 

Dana has competed on many different stages in endurance events including races like: Grandma's Marathon, Dam-to-Dam Half Marathon, Des Moines Sprint Triathlon, and Bluff Creek Olympic Triathlon.

 

As an avid competitor, Dana understands the motivation behind your daily activities. He wants to work with you to provide expert care that will maximize your potential and lead you to a quick recovery.

 

Dana knows first hand how frustrating injuries can be. It doesn't have to be a severe problem to cause severe issues. He wants to help you get past the restrictions that are holding you back and help you to move in a way that helps to prevent these set-backs in the future.

 

 

 

 

Landry Luhring

Landry graduated with honors from Central in December 2021, earning her B.S. in Exercise Science
with an emphasis in Strength and Conditioning. Luhring then returned to Grundy Center in
January after accepting a position with Endurance Physical Therapy.

Landry has taken on a variety of roles at Endurance, including serving as office manager,
receptionist, marketing/social media designer and event coordinator. She also programs and
instructs group fitness classes including Boot Camp, Speed & Agility and the clinic’s new
Functional Fitness class. Additionally, she creates personalized workout plans to help clients/athletes

reach their individual health & fitness goals.

In her free time, she says she loves to be active:

 

“I enjoy going on walks, playing in sand and
indoor volleyball leagues, CrossFit, as well as traveling with friends and family. However, a
perfect night would also include eating some popcorn from the Centre Theatre, reading a good
mystery novel, all while cuddled up in fuzzy socks and blankets."

 

 

 

     Katlin Armbrecht, PTA

Katlin is a bike trail enthusiast who loves to spend her time enjoying God's creations

outdoorsShe is fond of hiking with her family and singing with her sisters. She wishes she

could sing with them more often!

One should know that Katlin will never turn down any baked goods! However, her go-to ice

cream treat is a Reese's Peanut Butter Blizzard. 

Katlin grew up in Readlyn, Iowa and later went on to study physical therapy at Hawkeye Community

College in Waterloo, Iowa. As an active individual, her desire to become a Physical Therapist

Assistant stemmed from wanting to learn how the human body moves. She loves working with

people and assisting them with their goals in order to live life to the fullest! 

"Keep Life in Motion" means to keep the movements of the body optimal so that we can LIVE life

whether that's participating in sports or playing with grandkids."

Katlin has been working as a physical therapist assistant for almost 7 years. She was drawn to

the small town aspect of Grundy Center and proximity to her family.
